Intermountain Inspection Services Inc. was established in 1996.

Back in 1996 during the conception of our company, we realized that the local real estate market was not educated yet in the home inspection industry. As pioneers in a new industry, we realized that we were introducing a new service to realtor's, buyers and banks. We knew then it would be an up hill battle for many years until home inspections would became a normal practice as we now know. Fortunately for us, we stuck with it! We have been able to forge a new industry, and help shape the way real estate is now being done locally here in Utah.

The inspection services we provide are good services with real merit! If you think about it, knowledge has to be known in order to provide a home buyer with accurate information, that will be durable and trustworthy, and will uphold in a court of law.  By using our inspection services, you can feel confident that you are being handled with personal and caring treatment.
